October 20th, 2005, 8:30 a.m. Tune in to the live webcast at http://www.wmpg.org and Hear The Bushy Wushy Rag, featured on the Baseball Corner segment of Tom Flynn's weekly roots music radio program Saltwater Farm on WMPG, (a community radio station in Portland, Maine). In addition, Tom will chat with members of Equinox.

October 27th, 2005, 6:00 pm. Equinox Chamber Players Kick off Their Season with a Sounds of Autumn celebration. The Equinox Chamber Players will collaborate with two of St. Louis’ esteemed blues and jazz musicians, Carolbeth True and Gene Dobbs Bradford in a colorful evening of Latin, jazz and classical music. March 2, 2006, 5:30 pm Barnes & Noble Bookstore presents the Equinox Chamber Players performing their original musical version of Cat in the Hat in celebration of Read Across America, a National Education Association initiative. Earth Day - April 2006
The Equinox Chamber Players celebrate Earth Day 2006 with a concert series featuring the world premiere of A Walk Through Shaw’s Garden, by composer John Lampkin. Generously commissioned by Betty Thorn Homann for the Equinox Chamber Players, the work is a tribute to the Missouri Botanical Garden and to Henry Shaw, the man who created them. The world premiere concert will be performed at the Gardens, and will air on the radio show From the Garden – Live!® Surrounding the premiere, and through our generous sponsors, Mr. Lampkin and the players will perform in a series of outreach presentations in eight area schools and centers for students, the general public and older adults. Mr. Lampkin, who is also a nature photographer, will be in residence to address the audiences. His photographs will complement the live performances. Click here to learn more.

May 23rd, 2006, 7:15 pm. St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness hosts a benefit concert titled Women's Tribute to Women. The Equinox Chamber Players, RiverBlenders, Laclede String Quartet, and Charis take the stage. St. Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness is a non-profit whose whole mission is to inform women of the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer so that early diagnosis can be obtained.
